Linguistic validation measures the cultural and conceptual accuracy of translations by running them by native speakers of the language who reside in the country or region concerned. Participants in the projects must be native speakers of the target language, but no knowledge of the content or of any other language is required to take part.
We have worked to provide for the linguistic validation requirements of our clients, recruiting native speakers, in-country reviewers, and editors. We have done this with success for over 16 years (2021).

Lingvistilist hindamist kasutatakse konkreetse riigi, regiooni või piirkonna jaoks mõeldud tekstide kvaliteedi hindamiseks. Tekstiks on tavaliselt inglise keelest tõlgitud tekst. Seejärel otsitakse teksti sihtrühma emakeelekõnelejaid ning neid intervjueerides hinnataksegi teksti kvaliteeti.
Nõuded
Antud projekti üksikasjad on esitatud ülaltoodud tekstikastis. Kõigil osalejatel peab olema nimetatud haigusseisund ning iga osaleja saab pärast intervjuud nimetatud rahasumma või kohalikus valuutas samaväärse rahasumma.
Telefoniintervjuud:
Kui tõlget või lokaliseeritud teksti hinnatakse telefoni teel, helistab intervjueerija osalejale ning lepitakse kokku intervjuu toimumise aeg. Osalejale ei tohiks sellega kaasneda mingeid telefonikulusid, sest intervjueerija helistab osalejale.
